Weekly email updates, cardio recommendations, supplement recommendations and training programs. For the last week you will be given a very detailed peak week plan.
Training programs are written in 4 week blocks. Programs use various compound lifts as the base and are programmed based on your goals. Accessory work is a combination of specific, programmed exercises and general exercises you may choose from an accessory bank to give you both structure and flexibility.
All emails will be addressed in a 24 hour period unless something unforeseen occurs. Weekly check ins constitute of the following – everything I need to know about how your week progressed and room to ask questions at the end. I ask that questions are saved for the once per week updates so I can stay organized and timely with all clients.
All programs are macronutrient (carb, fat, protein, fiber targets) based and not meal plan based.
All prices are in USD. Pre-contest competition consulting can either be paid off entirely upfront or in monthly payments if that is more suitable for you. Monthly payments work out to $400/month.
